What we do with your details
StickerCon is a small swag business in India. This page says what our shop and quote form collect, who handles it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Accounts
You do not need an account to browse or buy, and we do not ask you to make one.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- your name, email and phone number
- your billing and shipping address
- what you ordered, and any artwork, names or text you send for it
When you ask for a quote, the form collects:
- your name and email
- your company or community, if you add one
- what you're after, a rough quantity and a needed-by date, if you pick one
- a delivery city, if you add one
- your confirmation that you have the right to use the artwork
- your message
- basic technical data needed for spam protection
How it's processed
The shop runs on Shopify. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay, and we never see or store your full card or bank details. Couriers get the name, address and phone number they need to deliver your parcel. Quote requests from stickercon.in are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, delivered by Web3Forms to our inbox at hello@stickercon.in(Google Workspace), and the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Shopify, Razorpay and our other providers may store your details on servers outside India.
Use
We use these details only to reply to your quote and handle your order. We use your artwork only to make your order. We never sell your details, and we never add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies it needs to work, and basic analytics.
Retention
We keep your details only as long as needed to handle your quote or order and our legal records.
Deletion and access
Email hello@stickercon.in to see, correct or delete your details, and we'll reply within one working day.
