Terms of service
Quotes, proofs and custom orders
These terms cover what you buy from StickerCon: stickers, tees, kits, 3D printed pieces, box seals and the rest. Most of what we sell is made for you, so the rules are a little different from buying something off a shelf.
Orders and quotes
A shop order is confirmed when you pay at checkout. A quote is a price for the job you described. It is not an order until you accept it and we confirm we can make it. We reply within one working day from hello@stickercon.in. If the quantity, the artwork or the deadline changes, the price can change too, and we will tell you before we start.
Proofs
For custom work you approve a proof before we print. For flat work that is a digital proof. For 3D pieces it is a render. An email reply that says the proof is approved is enough.
Please check names, spelling, colours and logos on that proof. Tell us what to change and we will send another proof. Nothing prints until you approve.
Payment
Prices in the shop are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). For quotes, payment terms are confirmed in your quote before we start, and we can send an invoice. Printing starts after you approve the proof and pay what we agreed.
Refunds and cancellation
- You can cancel a custom order for free before you approve the proof.
- Once you approve the proof and printing starts, the order can't be cancelled.
- Custom and personalised items can't be returned.
- If an item arrives misprinted or damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint it for free or refund it.
- We do not refund a design you approved and later decided you do not like. The proof is the moment to change it.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping and any customs duties for orders outside India are quoted before you pay. Delays outside our control are not a print mistake. See our Shipping policy.
Artwork
You confirm that you own any logo or artwork you send, or that you have permission to use it. We will not print a third-party logo or trademark without that permission.
If we learn that a mark was sent to us without the right to print it, we can pause the order and ask you to fix it before we continue. If we cancel for this reason before printing, we will refund you.
Our NGO goal
Every order brings us closer to our ₹10 lakh goal to open an NGO. Your purchase is a payment for products and is not a donation. It is not tax deductible, and you will not get a donation receipt or tax certificate for it.
Our responsibility and law
If something goes wrong with an order because of us, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order, as far as the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
